This creates a 4 number string that is your key and what you can use for accounts.

Yes. Your account is protected. Your key is saved in a file that people cannot access.
You can upload content forever. There is no limit under accounts. The only limit is the 175MB per upload limit. If people start uploading the 175MB limit and they do it fast, we will block account creating or/and uploading.
If any user publishes more than 3 files of content that is not allowed, we will terminate the account.
